Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity (preferred).
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain shop floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions and support inventory movements.
