Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as a frontline ambassador, delivering a personalized shopping experience and meeting sales goals. You will support store operations, build client relationships, and use mobile POS and social selling to drive loyalty and revenue.

The role blends luxury retail service with omnichannel selling, requiring strong English, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy; live-stream/video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility for nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeats.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Manage floor coverage, transactions, and stock while maintaining service levels.
