Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; live streams or video demos experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs as a team and individually.
• Support inventory movement, replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and follow security procedures.
