Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Role involves cross-selling, upselling, and leveraging mobile POS and clienteling tools to grow relationships and revenue. Flexibility for a varied schedule is required.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media know-how are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated service.
• Build lasting client relationships with styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and inventory processes.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
