The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail or fashion, strong English, and comfort with social media selling. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of luxury retail or fashion-forward sales experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer tasks (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency; reading price/release sheets.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or social media selling is a plus.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store KPIs.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Handle transactions and support daily store operations.
