Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and contributing to a seamless omni-channel journey.

The role requires strong English communication, 1+ year of luxury retail or related sales experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including peak periods and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations and maintain merchandising standards.
