Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals in a luxury retail environment. You will support daily store operations, maintain a high-energy floor, and use POS and clienteling tools to drive brand loyalty.

The role requires at least 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and strong English proficiency. Availability for flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
