Job summary

Coach is a luxury fashion house and your role as Sales Associate is to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals and supporting daily store operations.

This position blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Strong English proficiency and 1+ years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and build client relationships.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked.
