Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury‑retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. You will represent Coach with elegance, build lasting client relationships, and adapt selling techniques to business needs while

Qualifications

1+ years of luxury retail or fashion sales experience.
Experience with POS and mobile checkout systems.
Strong English proficiency.
Familiarity with live-stream shopping or social media selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
Build client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
Assist daily store operations including cash wrap and replenishment.
Maintain orderly floor and stockroom and ensure compliance with policies.
