Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy environment that reflects the brand's luxury standards.

Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships through styling expertise, managing POS transactions, and leveraging mobile tools for cross‑selling and data capture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie-talkies.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and mobile tools to complete transactions and capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory tasks.
