Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity (live-stream shopping) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated service.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling; meet KPIs.
• Handle transactions, returns, and online pickups efficiently.
• Support store operations including inventory and merchandising.
