You will build lasting client relationships, provide fashion advice, and drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations using POS and mobile tools. The role requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
