Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience using POS systems, iPad or mobile POS tools.
• Luxury retail background with social media awareness and live‑stream/shopping familiarity.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross‑selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS tools and clienteling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
• Maintain a high energy environment and assist teammates as needed.
• Participate in brand initiatives and trainings.
