Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador and provide an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail setting.

You will meet personal and store sales goals, use POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to daily store operations. The role requires fashion knowledge, strong English skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and provide styling advice.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated service.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
