Qualifications

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPI targets.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Assist with daily store operations and visual merchandising.
Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization.
