Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a front-line ambassador, delivering an elevated shopping experience and meeting personal and store sales goals. The role combines luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, cross‑selling, and using POS tools to capture data and complete transactions while supporting daily store operations and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS, Mobile POS, and data sheets reading.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms.
• Assist with daily store operations including inventory and merchandising.
