Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail excellence. The Sales Associate will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support store operations.

You will engage clients, build relationships, and use mobile POS and social channels to drive loyalty and revenue. Join a dynamic team and participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities, while adapting to a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to work at a fast pace; lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; knowledge of live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
