Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and price sheets reading.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; live-stream/video demos a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet/beat KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Handle daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and procedures.
• Process transactions and manage online pickups.
