Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and drive store sales. You will represent the brand on the floor, support daily operations, and contribute to omni-channel selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred)
• Strong English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to standards.
• Build relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPI targets.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized; follow policies and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments and stock shelves.
• Assist teammates as required and foster collaboration.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
