Coach in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Sales Associate I to deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience, drive store sales, and support daily operations. You will represent the Coach brand on the floor, build client relationships, and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year luxury retail sales experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal/store KPIs.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations.
