Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. The Sales Associate serves as front-line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily operations in a luxury retail environment.

This role blends luxury service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; strong English and fashion knowledge are essential; prior POS experience

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS.
Strong English proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Luxury retail background and social media familiarity (preferred).

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized styling.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain a high-energy floor, manage multiple customers, and support store operations.
