Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience using POS systems and Mobile POS.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador.
• Provide personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Use clienteling tools and social platforms.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
