Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador and deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role blends luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling and requires flexibility to work a range of hours, including peak periods. Prior experience in fashion retail and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail or high-end fashion sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and clienteling skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-sell, upsell, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support inventory and visual merchandising tasks to maintain standards.
