Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow styling standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans to meet KPIs and revenue goals.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store operations, inventory and merchandising.
