Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media familiarity and live-stream Shopping is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated shopping experience.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to drive sales.
• Develop personal sales plans and contribute to team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Assist on-floor operations and inventory, ensuring visual standards.
• Participate in training programs and brand initiatives.
