The role blends luxury service, clienteling, and teamwork to drive revenue. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of luxury retail sales, strong English, and comfort with POS devices, social selling, and data capture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred
• Experience operating POS devices (iPad/laptop) and basic computer skills
• Strong English proficiency; ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Knowledge of fashion trends and clienteling is a plus
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailoring recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPI targets.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap and inventory.
