Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to omnichannel selling, using mobile POS and social platforms.

The role blends luxury retail service with teamwork, training participation, and a commitment to brand standards. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak times is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with clienteling and social media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor presence and support store operations.
