Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized experiences, meet sales goals, and support store operations. You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through expert styling and cross-selling, and use mobile POS and social tools to encourage repeat purchases.

The role requires a passion for fashion, 1+ year’s luxury retail experience, strong English skills, and flexibility to work a fast-paced environment, including peak seasons and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency, reading price/release sheets.
• Social media savvy; familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal/store sales goals.
• Develop lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales; maintain floor and stockroom.
