Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury sales, strong English, and a passion for fashion. This role emphasizes cross-channel selling, relationship building, and maintaining a high-energy, professional store presence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Assist with daily store operations and merchandising.
