Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations, manage transactions, and contribute to inventory and merchandising efforts. The role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration.

The position requires 1+ years in luxury retail, experience with POS systems, and strong English communication. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak seasons is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb) and move around the store.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support daily store operations including inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom in line with policies.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
