The position requires 1+ years in luxury retail, experience with POS systems, and strong English communication. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak seasons is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb) and move around the store.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support daily store operations including inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom in line with policies.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
