Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools.

Luxury retail background; social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
