Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS, clienteling, and social selling to capture data.
• Meet individual and store KPIs; support daily store operations.
• Maintain stockroom and floor appearance; assist inventory.
• Collaborate with team and participate in brand initiatives.
