Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to standard sales and service guidelines.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; use mobile POS and clienteling tools.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily store tasks including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
