Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations in our Danbury location.

This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Prior luxury retail and POS experience, strong English, and clienteling skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie-talkie use.
• Strong English proficiency; luxury retail and social media savvy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom tidy; follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments and stock movement.
• Assist teammates in other areas as required.
• Foster collaboration and drive team performance.
• Participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
