Coach is a global fashion house with a long-standing heritage, part of the Tapestry portfolio. The Sales Associate will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, cross-selling, and utilizing POS and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, MobilePOS), walkie‑talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
