Coach, part of the Tapestry, Inc. family, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and collaborating with the team across omnichannel channels.

Key duties include clienteling, fashion advice, and executing personal sales plans. A fast-paced luxury retail environment demands strong English proficiency and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
