Qualifications

• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Luxury retail background preferred with knowledge of fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the selling floor and assist with stockroom tasks.
