Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry portfolio, seeks a sales associate in a luxury retail setting in the United States. You will act as a brand ambassador, build client relationships, and drive sales through personalized styling and knowledge of products.

You will use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases while maintaining store operations and standards.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Excellent English proficiency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold styling standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and mobile tools; leverage social platforms to encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
