Job summary

Coach, a luxury fashion house, seeks a Sales Associate in the United States to deliver elevated, personalized service on the shop floor. You will meet personal and store goals, support daily operations, and blend luxury retail with omni-channel sales to foster brand loyalty.

You will build client relationships, provide fashion advice, and use mobile POS and social selling tools to drive revenue while maintaining visual standards and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price sheets.
• Familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Clienteling and data acquisition skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized service.
• Meet personal and store sales goals; support daily store operations.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data.
• Maintain a high-energy floor presence and assist teammates as needed.
• Process transactions and support inventory movement and merchandising.
