Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail setting. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and contribute to cross-channel selling through in-store and online initiatives.

The role emphasizes brand knowledge, customer relationships, and collaboration with the team to drive revenue and loyalty. Flexibility for peak periods and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills. (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
