Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will engage clients, meet personal and store sales goals, and contribute to omni-channel selling and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include building relationships, cross-selling, using POS and social platforms, and collaborating with the team to achieve KPIs while maintaining store visual standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-streaming or video demos preferred

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and assist with stockroom and merchandising
• Process transactions and support inventory movement
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives
