As the front‑line ambassador, you will build lasting client relationships, utilize POS and social selling platforms, and support daily store operations. Flexibility for scheduling is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador per style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and inventory processes.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom; follow policies.
• Process transactions efficiently and handle returns/exchanges.
