Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will represent Coach, build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, and drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity desired, including live-stream shopping.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
