Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS, iPad, and social selling. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or equivalent
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background and social media savviness (preferred)

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks and keep floor/stockroom organized.
