Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized service in-store while meeting personal and team sales goals. You will engage clients, showcase product expertise, and execute omni-channel selling, including social platforms, to drive brand loyalty.

The role blends luxury service with teamwork, daily store operations, and a flexible schedule to meet peak periods and holidays. Prior luxury retail and strong English skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media livestream experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques.
• Process transactions and support inventory cycles; ensure proper merchandising.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
