Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations across luxury retail and omnichannel channels. You will build lasting client relationships, use POS and mobile tools, and contribute to a collaborative team.

The role requires 1+ year luxury retail experience, strong English, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and move products.
• Assist teammates in required areas and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
