Coach, a global luxury fashion house, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience, exceed sales goals, and support daily store operations. You will represent the brand, cultivate client relationships, and drive omni-channel selling while collaborating with the team.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems. Flexible schedule includes nights and weekends to meet busy periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Ability to read price/release sheets

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling
• Use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Support daily store operations and inventory management
