Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar, with fashion awareness and competitor knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems, basic computer use (iPad/laptop), and mobile POS.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and trainings.
