Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a front-line ambassador, delivering an elevated shopping experience and supporting daily store operations. You will meet personal and store sales goals while leveraging fashion knowledge and clienteling tools to drive loyalty.

Requirements include 1+ year of luxury retail sales, POS experience, and strong English; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak periods is expected. Base pay range is posted; the role supports omni-channel selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media/ video demo experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates as required.
• Foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives.
