Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand in a luxury retail environment. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed personal and store KPIs; assist with daily store operations.
